摘要
目的观察VitaPex糊剂作为乳牙根管充填材料的临床疗效。方法用2种根管充填材料对乳牙进行根管充填,实验组124颗牙用VitaPex糊剂,对照组112颗牙用氧化锌碘仿糊剂,观察1年后的疗效。结果2种根充糊剂在临床上均取得了较满意的疗效,实验组平均有效率为96.8%,对照组平均率为89.3%2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2种糊剂用于乳牙根管充填均有可靠的临床疗效,但VitaPex糊剂用于乳牙根管充填的疗效更为理想,值得临床推广。

Results Two kind of root sufficient cataplasmas in on clinical have obtained the satisfactory curative effect experimental group average effectiveness are 96.8% control group effective average rates are 89.3% two groups of differences have statistics significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions But two kind of cataplasmas use in the milk teeth root canal backfill having the reliable clinical curative effect the vitapex cataplasma to use in the milk teeth root canal backfill being more ideal are worth promoting.
