摘要
目的研究脂肪肝的诊断价值及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析80例脂肪肝的声像图资料,就中老年脂肪肝的超声诊断及临床意义做进一步的研究。结果本组超声诊断80例脂肪肝中,就其声像图表现分四型:Ⅰ型,轻度脂肪肝;Ⅱ型,中度脂肪肝;Ⅲ型,重度脂肪肝;Ⅳ型,局限性脂肪肝。结论超声为临床诊断脂肪肝具有重要的诊断价值,为防治提供有力依据。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of fatty liver and its clinical significance. Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of fatty liver sonographic information on fatty liver in middle-aged and clinical significance of ultrasonic diagnosis to do further study. Results The ultrasound diagnosis of 80 cases of fatty liver,in relation to its performance in four sonographic type：Type, mild fatty liver; II-type, moderate fatty liver; III type, severe fatty liver; IV type, the limitations of fatty liver. Conclusion Ultrasound as a clinical diagnosis of fatty liver is an important diagnostic value,in order to provide a strong basis for prevention and treatment.
