摘要
目的探讨养阴清热中药对甲亢术前准备的作用。方法观察组60例患者在使用复方碘溶液(卢格氏液)及普萘洛尔的基础上联用养阴清热中药(石膏、知母、粳米、生地、沙参、麦冬、赤芍、甘草);对照组60例患者单纯使用卢格氏液及普萘洛尔,观察患者基础代谢率(BMR)、甲状腺功能及术后并发症等指标。结果观察组患者收缩压、脉压、BMR、FT3、FT4均显著低于对照组,并且前者的甲状腺危象、呼吸困难、术后出血的并发症发生率低于后者,以上差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论养阴清热联合复方碘溶液及普萘洛尔有助于提高甲亢术前准备的质量及手术的安全性从而减少术后并发症。
Objective To explore the value of herbs with effect of nourishing yin and clearing away heat（ HNYCAH ） to help preoperotive preparation for hyperthyroidism. Methods 60 patients in observation group received HNYCAH combined with Lugol＇ s liquid and propranolol, whereas the other 60 patients in control group only received the latter two medications. The basal metabolic rate（BMR） ,function of hypothyroid and the postoperative complication were compared. Results The systolic pressure, pulse pressure, BMR in observation group were lower than that of control ones, so were the postoperative complication including thyroid crisis, dyspnoea, postoperative bleeding. Conclusion Herbs cloud consolidate the quality of effect preoperative preparation and decrease the rates of postoperative complications ,which is the value of the herbs with effect of nourishing yin and clearing away heat could help preoperative prenaration for hyperthyroidism
