摘要
目的了解中药注射剂不良反应的发生情况、特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对辽宁省药品不良反应监测中心2007-2008年度收集到的1190例中药注射剂不良反应病例报告进行统计分析。结果引起不良反应的中药注射剂共29个品种,其不良反应累及13个系统-器官。结论应重视中药注射剂的不良反应,提高合理用药水平。
Objective To learn the occurrence and characteristic of ADR caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine injections and provide information for rational drug use in clinical practice. Methods 1190 ADR reports collected by Liaoning Center for ADR Monitoring from 2007 to 2008 were analyzed using retrospective study method. Results ADR are caused by 18 drugs and 13 organ systems are involved. Conclusion It is important to attach importance to the ADR caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine injections and promote rational drug use.
