摘要
随着各类突发事件的频繁发生,培养大学生对突发事件的应急能力势在必行。2007年底开始施行的《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》中明确规定,各级各类学校应当把应急知识教育纳入教学内容,对学生进行应急知识教育,培养学生的安全意识和自救与互救能力。因此,加强学生应对突发事件能力的培养,是高校面临的一项重要任务,也是值得我们深入思考和研究的重大课题。本文就如何系统培训大学生的应急反应能力提出一些经验和见解,做一简要介绍。
The college students are one of the main force to keep our society develop harmoniously. However, recently a lot of emergency or accidents have come forth, which prompt us to keep the idea of cultivating the college students＇response on emergency in mind. Luckily, the state also promulgate a law of ＂The Law of the Peopleb Republic of China on Emergency Responses＂ , in which it stipulate clearly that all kinds and all levels of schools should develop the training on students of emergency response. Here, we just list some suggestion on how to train the students ability to emergency response systemically.
