ELISA法测定尿中微量血红蛋白

摘要 采用作者实验室的ELISA双抗夹心法测定尿中微量血红蛋白(Hb),正常人早、中、晚尿中Hb均少于5μg/ml,病例组尿中Hb量为75.7μg/ml,具有显著性差异,尿中Hb量与RBC数呈正相关。该法灵敏度高,特异性强,操作简便可靠,克服了化学法干扰因素及某些化学药物对人体毒性作用的缺点。其线性范围5~320μg/ml,不同浓度CV值分别为3.2和4.9,不受尿中蛋白干扰。 The level of hemoglobin (Hb) in urine was determined hy ELISA-doubl-antibody method established by authors’laboratory. The average amounts of Hb of healthy people and pa-tients were<5μg/ml and 75.7 μg/ml, respectively, and there was a significant difference be-tween the two groups. The Hb amount was positively related with RBC amount in urine. The lin-ear range of ELISA-double-antibody method was 5-320 μg/ml and the CV values were 3.2-4.9 without influence of urinary proteins. Some charateristics of the method are as follows: high sensitivity, strong specificity, simplicity, reliability and avoidance of toxicity of other chemical fac-tors or agents.
