摘要
分析和评价计算机在影像料图文信息管理中的应用价值和应用前景。应用临床医学影像综合系统对图文信息进行数据库管理，并且利用激光打印机制作无胶片图文报告。结果显示：90％的临床医生认为影像科图文信息数据库管理便于图文信息的调阅和检索。结论：计算机在影像料图文信息管理中的开发应用具有一定的推广价值和应用前景。
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the clinical efficacy and future perspethe of comput-erizing the management of picture and document informatdrion in department of Radiology. The mechanism of Ra-diology Informtdri System of the rnanagement of picture and document iriformabo was discussed. With RIS(Radiology Informatdrion System), we stored pictures of patients that received frorn X-ray endnations and diag-nostic reports rnade with pictures. Most clinical doctors satisfied with the diagnostic reports with picttires. Itwas shown that the RIS (Radiology Infmtdrion System) has grealy increased the effciency of rnanagernnt ofpicture and doctimnt inforTndri in Department of Radiology and rnay have a great clinical value in adIninistra-tion of our department.
