人胚胎视皮质发育的厚度测量分析

Study on Thickness Changes of Fetal Visual Cortex during Normal Development

摘要 取14例刮宫术、人工流产胎儿,胎龄12~40周,对其视皮质发育进行形态学观察及厚度测量。结果发现,胎儿视皮质在发育过程中总的厚度和各层厚度均逐渐增加。这表明在大脑皮质发育过程中新生物的产生与原有物质消除之间的平衡关系中以新生物的产生占优势。 The visual cortexes of 14 human fetus(12~40weeks from dilataion or curettage and abortion)were studide by light microscope and the thickness of visual cortex was measured.The result showed that the thickness of each layer and total visual cortex increased with fetal age gradually.We find out the regular change about the thickness of visual cortex.
