摘要
目的：用差示光谱法测定六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量。方法：采用乙醇浸出提取，缺丹皮酚样品为空白样品。以蒸馏水和０．０１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１氢氧化钠溶液分别定容，选择３５２ｎｍ为测定波长，３７０ｎｍ为参比波长。结果：丹皮酚浓度在６～１８μｇ·ｍｌ－１范围内ΔＡ与溶液浓度呈线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９８），回收率为１０１．７％。结论：该法能有效地消除六味地黄丸中其它成分对丹皮酚含量测定的影响，而且简便、快速。
ifferential spectrophotometry was used for the determination of paeonol contained in liuweidihuang pills and the assay of paeonol was not affected by other components.The differential absorbance was measured at 352 nm and 370 nm in its 0.01 mol·L-1 NaOH solution against the blank of its aqueous solution.Calibration graph was linear in the range of 6￣18 μg·ml-1 for ΔA.The average recovery of paeonol was 101.7%,the RSD was 0.89% (n=6).The method was very simple and easily done,and the result was quite satifactory.
