摘要
目的采用定标活检技术评价瑞巴派特联合胃复春对慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法采用随机平行对照研究,将胃镜及病理确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎患者65例随机分为治疗组、对照组。对并H.Pylori阳性者,先行H.Pylori根除方案,再纳入本组观察。治疗组:瑞巴派特片100mg,3次/d;胃复春片4粒,口服,3次/d。对照组:瑞巴派特片100mg,3次/d,12周为1疗程。12周后胃镜复诊,前后2次胃镜活检均采用一次性定标活检技术。结果两组患者治疗后临床积分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),治疗组症状改善方面较对照组好(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(92.5%)与对照组总有效率(64%)相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论瑞巴派特联合胃复春治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎辅以定标活检技术准确监测病变的转归发展,对治疗及预防慢性萎缩性胃炎具有临床意义。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of rebamipide combined with Weifuchun on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） by the pieketage biopsy technique. [Methods] A randomized, parallel-controlled clinical study was conducted. Patients （n=65） with endoscopically and pathologically confirmed CAG were randomized into study group and control group. HP infected patients received eradication treatment before randomization. The study group received rebamipide （100 mg, rid, po） and Weifuchun （4#, tid, po）. And the control group received rebamipide （100 mg, tid, po）. The treatment course was 12 weeks. Symptoms, endoscopic scores and histological changes were recorded before and after therapy, endoscopieally biopsy was taken by the pieketage biopsy technique completely. [Results] Significant improvement of clinical symptoms was achieved after treatment （P〈0.05）, that in the study group was better than in the control group （P 〈0.05）. There was statistically significant difference in the aseites eliminating rate between the study group （92.5%） and the control group （64%, P 〈0.05）. [Conclusions] Rebamipide Combined with Weifuchun and the accessorial use of the picketage biopsy technique show clinical value in the treatment and prevention of CAG.
