摘要
本文报道双黄连粉针剂所致不良反应117例共155例次反应在性别、年龄、发生时间和类型上的分布与特点。其不良反应无性别、年龄上的差异，发生时间集中于60min以内（占65．3％）。在类型上，变态反应占76．77％（其中皮肤反应49．68％，过敏性休克7．74％，过敏性哮喘和血管神经性水肿均为7．09％，药物热5．16％），消化系统反应16．13％，血管炎2．58％，其它反应4．51％。分析了其不良反应发生的机理和预防方法。
The characteristics and distributions of the Adverse Drug Reactions(ADRs) of Shuang Huanglian powder forinjection are reported.Through observation and analysis of 117 cases,involvng 155 ADRs,it was shown that there were no differencesof ADRs of Shuang Huanglian powder for injection in the patients'sexes and ages.The time of the occurrence of ADRs wascommonly within one hour(about 65.3%)after injection.As to the types of reaction,there were 119 allergic reactions(76.77%),including 77 skin reactions(49.64%),12 anaphylactic shocks(7.74%),11 anaphylactic asthmas (7.09%),11 angioneuroedemas (7.09%),8drug fevers (5.26 %),25 digestive system reactions (16.13%),4 vasculitises (2.58%) and 7 other reactions (4.51 %).The mechanisms ofthe ADRs are analyzed and the measures of preventing the ADRs are recommended.
