摘要
本文简述了目前药物不良反应集中监测的现状以及中药不良反应的研究概况。提出应重视中药不良反应的研究，并从中药不良反应集中监测的准备、管理、资料收集和分析方法等提出一些设想。指出中药不良反应可能不同于化合药物的不良反应而有其自身的规律和特点，宜在借鉴、应用一般药物不良反应的研究方法于中药不良反应的集中监测研究中。
n this article,the definitions of adverse drug reaction(ADR) and its centrally monitoring,and the present research situation of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese drugs(ARTCD) were reviewed. The discussion on centrally monitoring ARTCD,including preparations,management,data collection and data analysis,was also presented.It is suggested that there is a difference between ARTCD and ADR of chemistry drugs,and it will be of great benefit to reveal the rules of ARTCD by applying the general methods of ADR research in the studies of centrally monitoring ARTCD.
