摘要
采用动物实验对康咳灵药效和毒性进行研究。结果表明:康咳灵对小鼠气管分泌有显著促进作用,对实验性豚鼠的咳嗽反应有抑制作用,并可明显延长实验性豚鼠哮喘发作的潜伏期,高剂量下对大鼠蛋清致炎有一定的拮抗作用,毒性检测提示:小鼠最大耐受量大于临床推荐用量的100倍,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。
By using animal experiments, the therapeutic action and the toxicity of Kangkeling were studied. The results indicate that Kangkeling can promote the secration of trachea in Mice, inhibit the effect of cough and lengthen the period of latency of asthma spasm. A large dose,can also antagonize the inflammation-causing effect by egg white. Toxicity Test showes that its maximum tolerance limit is 100 times than its clinic dose , and the test of bone marrow PCE micronucleus is negative.
