摘要
蓝藻异形胞与生物固氮密切相关,同时也是蓝藻产氢的主要场所。采用17种不同无机盐,对2种蓝藻的异形胞分化进行诱导,实验结果表明,低渗水平浓度(0.05mol/L)的NaCl,MgCl_2和MgSO_4,既促进水华鱼腥藻生长,又促进其异形胞的分化,其中,MgCl_2对两者的促进作用最明显,分别比对照提高了1.5倍和1.2倍。17种无机盐中,只有MgSO_4对念珠藻的生长和异形胞的分化都有促进作用,分别比对照提高了50%和56%。对2种藻的比较结果,发现无机盐对水华鱼腥藻的诱导作用明显大于念珠藻。
Heterocyst was known to be closely associated with biological nitrogen fixation in blue-green algae,it was also the major place for hydrogen production.Using different inorganic salts for heterocyst differentiation induction,the result indicated that:NaCl,MgCl_2 and MgSO_4 in the lowosmotic concent ration(0.05 mol/L) could promote growth and heterocyst differentiation in Anabaena fios-aquae,and MgCl_2 showed the most significantly positive effect,by enhancing 1.5 fold and 1.2 fold of the control,respectively.While in Nostoc sp., only MgSO_4 showed auxoaction on its growth and the development of heterocyst,it was 50%and 56% higher than that of control,respectively.The result showed more distinguished influence of inorganic salts on Anabaena flos-aquae.
