干扰电疗法治疗下肢骨折术后严重肿胀的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较干扰电疗法与在治疗下肢骨折术后严重肿胀的临床疗效。方法98例下肢骨折术后严重肿胀病人随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组50例,每天干扰电治疗2次,对照组48例,除没有使用干扰电治疗,其它治疗水肿方案与实验组一样。结果实验组治疗下肢骨折术后严重肿胀的效果是明显优于对照组。结论干扰电可有效促进水肿的吸收,可作为骨折术后严重肿胀的治疗方法之一。 Objective To compare the curative effects between interferential electrotherapy and routine therapeutive method in the treatment severe swelling limbs after operation of fracture of lower limbs. Methods 98 cases with severe swelling limbs after operation of fracture of lower limbs were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was in 50 cases and it underwent interferential electrotherapy twice a day and plus conventional therapeutic method. The control groups was 48 cases and it only underwent routine therapeutic method. Resulsts In the therapeutic efficacies of ectinctive swelling after operation of fracture of lower limbs,The experimental group was superior to the control group. Conclusion The interferential electrotherapy is one of good methods in the treatment severe swelling limbs after operation of lower limbs.
