摘要
笔者对植入性医疗器材进行了界定，分析了植入性医疗器材应用导致的医疗纠纷原因：①使用较既往广泛；②群众自我保护意识增强；③有的产品质量有缺陷；④医院管理和使用环节上的失误；⑤使用中出现不可避免的因素。探讨了有关责任、处理和防范问题，强调要从卫生立法角度进一步规范该类产品的生产、经营和使用行为，医院要加强采购的管理，医务人员应正确使用和提高自我保护意识。
The author defined the implanted medical instruments and analyzed the causes of medical dispute. ①wider use than past; ②stronger sense of selfprotection from the public; ③quality defect of some products; ④negligence in clinical practice and hospital management; ⑤unavoidable factors in use. The author approached some issues on duty, management and prevention, and emphasized that legislation regulate the production, operation and use of medical instruments. The hospital should strengthen management of procurement. The medical practitioners should correctly use the instruments and strengthen the sense of selfprotection.
