摘要
本文设计了一个基于LabVIEW的实现远程水质硬度状况检测的实时在线酸度计系统。该系统利用酸度电极、前置放大器、数据采集卡,将由电极传来的电信号采集进入计算机。在计算机里对信号进行滤波等处理后将电信号按能史特公式换算成为酸度值,并通过LabVIEW中的Datasocket技术实现远程网络传输。
Based on LabVIEW,this paper designed real- time online acidity system to realize the long- range detection of water acidity. The system uses the acidity electrode, pre - amplifier, data gathering cards. The signals will be collected from the electrode to the computer. The signals processed by the aignal filtering can become the acidity conversion value with Stefan formula.Through LabVIEW DataSocket technology,it can be Iransmitted in the remote net- work. This acidity makes up for the deficiencies of the traditional measuring instruments.
