矿井提升钢丝绳在提升过程中的动力学仿真 被引量:12

摘要 对提升钢丝绳进行研究分析,给出了上提过程中容器振动和钢丝绳张力的微分方程,采用Simulink建立仿真模型并进行仿真分析;同时引入S形曲线,给出了算法,并对S形速度给定下的提升过程进行仿真,最后对2种仿真结果进行定量比较。仿真结果和分析表明,S形速度给定可以大大减小提升中的系统冲击,改善钢丝绳受力情况,延长钢丝绳寿命,提高提升的平稳性。对提升钢丝绳的选择和提升机运行控制方式的设计与改进具有一定的参考价值。 The paper offers a differential equation of container vibration in lifting process and rope tension through analysis of the wire rope, and analyzes and simulates the vibration by means of Simulink - based simulation model. Furthermore, it introduces S- shape curve and its calculation method, simulates the lifting process with the speed given by S - shape curve, and compares the two simulation results quantitatively. The simulation results and analysis ones show that the speed given by S - shape curve can decrease significantly the impact in lifting process and decrease the load exerted on the rope, prolong the rope fife and improve lift stability. It has a reference values for selecting rope and control to the hoist.
