摘要
针对科研档案管理的内容,分析了知识经济背景下高校科研档案管理的特点、存在的问题及原因;并针对性地提出了加强高校科研档案管理的四条主要措施,以期对科研档案管理的实际工作有所裨益。
Based on the content of the Scientific Research Archival Management of University,this paper analysis the characters, problems and their causes occurred in the Scientific Research Archival Management.And subsequently puts forward four effective solutions to these problems.The author hopes that the paper will be helpful to the improvement of Scientific Research Archival Management of University on the Backgroud of Knowledge Economy.
