摘要
高校安全稳定面临境内外敌对势力渗透方式的隐蔽化多样化、办学规模扩大化、高校后勤社会化,校园周边环境嘈杂化、社会信息化和保卫工作受执法权限制及保卫队伍老化带来的挑战,面对挑战,急需加强校园安全文化体系、信息工作、安全档案、依法治校等基础性建设和对策。
Security and stability in institutions of higher education are currently challenged by the hidden diversified hostile forces from home and abroad, the increasingly enlarging scale of the institutions, the socialization of logistics, the noisy surroundings, the information society, and the security workers＇ limited law enforcement authority and their aging team. It has become an imperative task tO strengthen the campus security system, improve information work and security archives management, and run the school by the law.
