摘要
目的了解某校大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓度和歧视现况,探讨两者之间的关系。方法采用方便抽样的方法,抽取某校大学生328名进行问卷调查,调查内容包括个人基本情况、艾滋病相关知识及歧视等信息。结果328名大学生对艾滋病相关知识的总知晓率为88.1%,其中基本知识知晓率为90.0%,传播途径知识知晓率为99.1%,非传播途径知识知晓率为87.7%,预防知识的知晓率较低,仅为81.4%。大学生对艾滋病感染者和患者的歧视普遍存在,有61.9%的人"不会购买感染者家生产的商品或副食品",47.9%的人会"关注感染者的一举一动,保持和他的距离"。多重线性回归分析显示,大学生非传播途径知识掌握越多,艾滋病相关歧视程度越低。结论某校大学生艾滋病相关知识有待进一步提高,尤其应加强非传播途径知识与预防知识的宣传教育;艾滋病非传播途径知识的缺乏是导致艾滋病相关歧视的主要原因。
Objective To understand acquired immunodficiency syndrome (AIDS) related knowledge and discrimination among university students and explore the relationship between AIDS knowledge and discrimination. Methods Convenience sampling was used to select university students. Anonymous self-administrated questionnaires were used to collect the information regarding AIDS knowledge and discrimination for relevant training. It was followed that surveying their population characteristic, the knowledge of AIDS, and HIV/AIDS-related discrimination. Results The respondent's average awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 88. 1% knowledge of basis on HIV/AIDS was 90.0% , the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS transmission route was 99 non-transmission route was 87.7 %, the prevention HIV/AIDS commonly existed in the respondents. knowledge was 81.4%. Multiple linear regressions showed that there was negative correlation between the discrimination and the awareness rate of non-transmission route. Conclusion sity students in the university needs to be improved. The education level of AIDS knowledge among univer non transmission route and the preven tion knowledge of AIDS should be strengthened. Lacking the knowledge of non-transmission route is the main cause which resulted in discrimination to AIDS patients and HIV positive person among the university students.
