四例原发性肾上腺淋巴瘤的影像表现 被引量：8

摘要 据尸检资料，约25％非霍奇金淋巴瘤（non—Hodgkin’s lymphoma，NHL）可以出现肾上腺受累，为继发性肾上腺淋巴瘤；而原发性肾上腺淋巴瘤（primary adrenal lymphoma，PAL）却很少见，
