肿瘤性骨软化合并范可尼综合征一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，64岁。2000年7月因“全身骨痛2年，加重伴活动受限6个月”首次住天津医科大学总医院内分泌科。患者当时行走受限，翻身坐起困难，身高变矮约10em。体检：脊柱呈S形，腰椎和肋骨压痛（＋）。患者无类似疾病家族史。血钙2．2mmol／L，磷0．5mmol／L，碱性磷酸酶（ALP）189U／L，钾4．1mmol／L，甲状旁腺激素（PTH）8．04pmol／L（正常值1．3～7．6pmol／L）。尿钙73mg／24h，磷623．1mg／24h。24h尿氨基酸分析：丙氨酸和门冬氨酸轻度升高，余氨基酸均正常。血气、肝肾功能、尿酸化、尿糖和尿蛋白均正常。
