进一步提高结直肠癌疗效的思考 被引量：6

摘要 结直肠癌是常见的消化道肿瘤之一。根据目前对结直肠癌的认识，其发病因素中环境因素（特别是饮食因素）与遗传因素较为确定；癌前病变演变为结直肠癌的过程漫长；诊断亦不困难；早期治疗效果良好。由此可见，结直肠癌在消化道癌瘤中似乎是最能“防”和最好“治”的肿瘤。然而，迄今为止结直肠癌的发病率和病死率一直居高不下，分别居所有恶性肿瘤的第3位和第4位^[1]。
