摘要
目的:检测氧化锆/磷酸镧复相陶瓷对人类淋巴细胞的体外遗传毒性。方法:采用彗星试验检测含30wt%磷酸镧(3wt%三氧化二钇稳定)、30wt%磷酸镧(5wt%三氧化二钇稳定)、40wt%磷酸镧(5wt%三氧化二钇稳定)的三组氧化锆/磷酸镧复相陶瓷对人外周静脉血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤情况。采用SPSS16.0软件包对结果进行单因素方差分析和最小显著性差异法分析。结果:除阳性参照外,3组不同磷酸镧含量的实验组氧化锆/磷酸镧复相陶瓷,IPSEmpressⅡ阴性对照组瓷块,空白对照组连续6d均只表现出极微弱的DNA拖尾现象,且各组之间的DNA拖尾程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:氧化锆/磷酸镧复相陶瓷无明显DNA损伤作用。
PURPOSE: To detect the genotoxicity of dental machinable ZrO2/LaPO4 diphase eeramies on human peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro. METHODS: The evaluation of DNA damage on human lymphocytes was performed by comet assay for three groups of ZrO2/LaPO4 diphase ceramics with 30wt% of LaPO4 (with 3wt% and 5wt% of Y2O3) and 40wt% of LaPO4 (with 5wt% of Y2O3). The results were analyzed with SPSS16.0 software package for one-factor ANOVA and LSD. RESULTS: Three experimental groups with different concentration of LaPO4 of ZrO2/LaPO4 diphase ceramics, the negative control of IPS Empress Ⅱ ceramics and the blank behaved little migration of the DNA strands respectively after six-day test, and there was no significant difference in all the groups except the positive control (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: The study indicates little effect of DNA damage of ZrO2/LaPO4 diphase ceramics.
