摘要
利用电镜研究栉孔扇贝精子的超微结构。精子包括头部、中段与末段三部分。头部由顶体和细胞核组成。锥形顶体位于细胞核的前端;亚顶体腔内包含疏松的低电子密度物质;细胞核致密,有不规则的囊泡位于其中。4个卵圆形的线粒体围绕着中心粒复合体形成了精子的中段。末段细长,轴丝为典型的“9+2”结构。
The ultrastructure of spermatozoon of scallop( chlamys farreri ) was studied with electron microscope. The sperm consists of three parts: the head, the middle piece and the end piece. The head is composed of acrosome and nucleus. The conical acrosome is located in front of the nucleus. The subacrosomeal space is filled with loose material of a low electron density. The nucleus is condense and has irregularly shaped vacuoles in it. The centriolar complex revolved around by four oval shaped mitochondrias forms the middle piece. The end piece has a typical structure of the “9+2”。
