摘要
目的:评价吡美莫司乳膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的有效性和安全性。方法:应用1%吡美莫司软膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎患者58例,每天2次,疗程4周,于治疗前及治疗后的第1、2、4周各随诊一次。对临床疗效、不良反应、患者及医生的评估进行总结,并于疗程结束后对所有患者进行了2～4周的电话随访。结果:吡美莫司乳膏可以迅速缓解面部脂溢性皮炎的临床症状,由治疗前的(11.17±2.63)分下降至治疗1周后的(6.39±1.83)分,2周后的(5.67±1.85)分,4周后的(4.00±1.61)分,近期临床效果满意,不良反应发生率低。电话随访结果示复发者主要为症状未完全缓解的间断用药者。结论:吡美莫司乳膏用于治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效明显,安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side-effects of 1% pimecrolimus cream in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods Fifty-eight patients were instructed to apply 1% pimecrolimus cream for 4 consecutive weeks,twice daily. Assessment of the disease severity was performed at baseline and at week 1, 2 and 4. Clinical assessments of the disease severity by investigators and adverse reactions were aggregated. After the completion of the study, we conducted a telephone follow-up surveys 2 to 4 weeks later. Results The topical application of pimecrotimus cream 1% can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of facial seborrheic dermatitis. Overall pre-treatment score was 11.17±2.63. Mean clinical overall score reduced to 6.39±1.83,5.67±1.85,4.00±1.61 respectively at week 4 （P〈0.01）. Short-term clinical Results were satisfactory, no specific adverse events other than transient burning,itching heavier and lower grade scaling were noted. Telephone follow-up surveys showed that the relapses of facial seborrheic dermatitis were mainly intermittent drug users. Conclusion Pimecrolimus cream 1% showed effective,less side-effect, lower recurrate in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis and patients should adhere to using it during treatment.
