摘要
目的:研究水产胶原肽对小鼠营养性肥胖的预防作用。方法:采用高脂饮食建立小鼠肥胖模型。胶原灌胃,以小鼠体重、脂/体比为指标,观察水产胶原肽的预防肥胖作用,同时检测肝肾功能:血清谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、尿素氮(Urea nitrogen,BUN)并作病理检测,了解水产胶原肽对肝肾的影响。结果:水产胶原肽可以明显减少小鼠因高脂饮食导致的体重增加。结论:水产胶原肽对小鼠营养性肥胖的预防作用显著,对肝肾无损害并能减轻有害物对肝细胞的损伤。
Objective Study on preventative effect of aquatic collagen peptide to diet induced obesity of mice. Methods High-fat diet was adopted to establish groups of mice obesity moders, After gastric perfusion, mice weight and the ratio of fat to body were set as parameters to observe the preventative effect of aquatic collagen peptide. Biochemical tests, which were indicated by ALT and BUN, were also undertaken for knowing the influence of aquatic collagen peptide to liver and kidney. Results The increased mice weight, which was due to the high-fat contained diet, can obviously be reduced by aquatic collagen peptide. Conclusions Aquatic collagen peptide has apparent preventative effect to diet induced obesity of mice, no harm to liver and kidney and could eliminate the impairment of hazardous substances to liver cells.
