护网明目散对实验性糖尿病视网膜病变周细胞影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨护网明目散对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠视网膜周细胞的影响。方法将链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠分为模型组、中药组、西药组,另设一正常对照组,连续给药45天。实验结束后取大鼠眼球制备视网膜血管消化铺片,行常规PAS染色,观察各组大鼠周细胞情况。结果正常组大鼠未见视网膜血管周细胞减少,中药组周细胞数减少不明显,中药组与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与西药组、模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护网明目散能抑制实验性糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠视网膜毛细血管周细胞减少,对周细胞有保护作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Huwang Mingmu Powder on retinal pericytes of Wistar rats with diabetic retinopathy induced by streptozotocin. METHODS Divided the Wistar rats into three groups: model, Chinese medicine, and western medicine. And also, prepared a healthy group for comparison. After successive administration for 45 days, the rats'eyes were used to prepare digestive extend slide and stained with PAS routinely. Observed the rats'pericytes. RESULTS No reduction of retina pericytes was found in normal group; and there were no significant differences between Chinese medicine group and the normal control group (P〉0.05); the reduction of the pericytes was not obvious,but there were significant differences, compared with model and western medicine group (P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS Huwang Mingmu Powder could inhibit the reduction of retinal capillary pericytes of Wistar rats with diabetic retinopathy induced by streptozotocin, and had protective effect on the pericytes.
