福清核电站邻近潮间带大型底栖生物数量分布与群落结构 被引量:10

The quantitative distribution and community structure of the macrobenthos in the intertidal zone near the Fuqing nuclear power plant

摘要 于2006年2、4、7和10月在福清核电厂运行前对其邻近潮间带不同底质断面的大型底栖生物进行采样,以了解该潮间带大型底栖生物的种类及资源分布。结果表明,该核电站附近潮间带大型底栖生物总共为146种,以多毛类、软体动物和甲壳动物为主。以季节和底质为因素对取样获得物种数进行双因素方差分析显示:种类获得数的季节变化无显著差异,底质间呈边缘性显著。4季的大型底栖生物平均生物量为1 446.11 g/m2、平均栖息密度为972个/m2。大型底栖生物生物量平均值为春季>夏季>冬季>秋季,栖息密度平均值为夏季>春季>冬季>秋季。以季节和底质为因素的双因素方差分析显示:大型底栖生物生物量和栖息密度季节间无显著差异但底质间差异极显著。底质和季节间大型底栖动物的Shannon-Weiner指数、Margalef种类丰度、Pielou均匀度和Simpson优势度指数均无显著差异。利用Bray-Curtis相似性聚类对福清核电站邻近潮间带大型底栖生物进行分析后得出,该潮间带大型底栖生物可划分为两个群落:岩礁群落和泥沙滩群落。分析表明,底质是影响大型底栖生物分布的主要环境因子,季节对大型底栖生物分布的影响不显著。 To ease the increasingly prominent contradiction between the economic development and energy demand in recent years, more thermal (nuclear) power plants are built in the coastal area. As a result the impact of thermal effluent discharged by the power plants on the organisms in the water and inter-tidal zone near the plants has aroused wide attention of the ecologist. In order to understand the species and distribution of macrobenthos in the intertidal zone near the planned Fuqing nuclear power plant, and provide basic data for the study of the impact on the eulittoral organisms after the power plant comes into operation, sectional samples of the macrobenthos in different sediments in the intertidal zone were collected from Feb. 2006 to Oct. 2006. A total of 146 species are found near the Fuqing nuclear power plant, most of them are polychaetes, crustacean and mollusks. The two-factor variance analysis based on the factors of season and sediment shows that the species number has marginal significant differences between sediments but not among seasons. The average biomass of four seasons is 1 446. 11 g/m2 and the average density is 972 ind/m2. Crustacean and mollusks are the dominant species in the investigation area. The value of average biomass in order is Spring〉Summer〉Winter〉Autumn, and the value of average density in order is Summer〉Spring〉Winter 〉 Autumn respectively. Two-factor variance analysis shows that both biomass and density has significant differences between sediments but not among seasons. All the diversity indexes, including Shannon-Weiner index, Margalef's species richness index, the Pielou's evenness index and Simpson's dominance index, are not significantly affected by seasons or sediments. Using the Brey-Curtis similarity clustering method to analysis the community structure on macrobethos of the intertidal zone near the Fuqing nuclear power plant, the investigation area could be divided into two communities, that is, the rocky community and mud-sand community. The results indicate that sediment is the most important environment factor to affect the distribution of macrobenthic community, while the factor of season is not. The mud-sand sediment has much smaller size particles with low content of organic matters, which results in the low biomass and density of the macrobenthos. However, the rocky sediment is dominant with fixed barnacles and oysters in cluster, the value of biomass and density per unit area reach the considerable high level. That can be the reason for their high biomass and density in rocky intertidal zone. Besides, the seasonal change of the macrobenthos is much smaller, because the samples were collected mainly in the subtropical and tropical sea where temperature maybe not the limit factor to the distribution of inter-tidal macrobenthos.
