运动对c-Jun氨基末端激酶影响研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 c-Jun氨基末端激酶(c-Jun N-terminal kinase,JNK)家族是1990年被发现的丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mito-gen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)超家族成员之一,涉及多种生理过程,在细胞分化、细胞凋亡、应激反应中起着至关重要的作用。JNK也参与了许多病理过程,可能介导了病理性心脏肥大反应、高血糖引起的血管内皮细胞凋亡、胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞凋亡、神经萎缩和多种人类肿瘤的发生发展。JNK信号通路已成为近年来研究的热点。
