运动训练与人体血管弹性 被引量:7

摘要 动脉弹性(elasticity)是指动脉容积随压力变化的比值。动脉弹性下降时,僵硬度(stiffness)增加。多种因素如老龄化、高血压、胰岛素抵抗和糖尿病等,都会导致血管弹性下降、僵硬度增加。动脉僵硬度增加是心血管病(Cardiovascular Disease,CVD)的独立危险因子。运动训练是一种生活方式的干预措施,它经济易得、方便实用。众所周知,适宜的运动训练能防治CVD,而运动训练对血管弹性的改善作用,可能是运动降低CVD发病的重要中间步骤。本文就运动训练对人体血管弹性的影响进行综述,并分析其中的可能机制。
