摘要
采用种子乳液聚合方法,合成了醋酸乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸三元共聚乳液,并用该乳液制备了新型醇溶性化学片。试验结果表明:合成共聚乳液的最佳条件为m(VAc):m(MMA):m(AA)=65:25:10,m(SDS):m(OP-10)=1:2,乳化剂用量为2.5%,引发剂用量为0.8%,温度为80℃。研制出的新型醇溶性化学片邵氏D硬度为48,剥离强度为6N·mm-1,醇溶性可达到43%。
The vinyl acetate - methyl methacrylate - acrylic copolymer emulsion was synthesized successfully by seeded emulsion polymerization method, which was used to develop a new type of alcohol - soluble toepuff. It shows that the optimum conditions are as follows: m(VAc) : m(MMA) : m(AA) = 65:25 : 10, m(SDS) : m(OP-10) = 1 : 2, the quality of emulsifier is 2.5% , initiator is 0.8% and the temperature is 80℃. The Shore D hardness of the new alcohol - soluble toepuffs is 48, and peel strength is 6 N · mm^ -1, its alcohol - soluble ratio is up to 43 %.
