摘要
以聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAG)和聚乙二醇(PEG)混合作为软段,采用溶液预聚法制备了聚酯/聚醚混合型聚氨酯。通过傅立叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对其结构进行表征,并测试了透湿率(WVP)、表面接触角、吸水率、力学性能,与聚酯型聚氨酯、聚醚型聚氨酯进行了比较探讨。试验结果表明:随着PEG分子质量的增大,混合型聚氨酯薄膜不仅具有较好的透湿率,还具有较好的力学性能。
The polyether and polyester/polyurethane was synthesized by solution - prepolymerization, with polybutylene adipate glycol(PBAG) and polyethylene glycol(PEG) as soft segment. Polyurethane was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ). Water vapor permeability (WVP), contact angle, water absorption and mechanical properties were also measured. The results show that the WVP and mechanical properties of polyether - polyester polyurethane are better than those of polyester - polyurethane and polyether - polyurethane with increasing molecular weight of PEG.
