摘要
目的:探讨参麦注射液对大鼠急性缺血再灌注心肌结构的影响。方法:24只大鼠随机分为3组(n=8):假手术组、心肌缺血再灌注模型组和参麦注射液治疗组,各组缺血30min,再灌注2h后取心肌标本,分别在光镜和电镜下观察。结果:与模型组相比,参麦治疗组心肌细胞和细胞器破坏显著减轻,局部出血很少,结构接近正常。结论:参麦注射液对缺血再灌注心肌具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection(SMI) on the structure of acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) in rats. Methods:24 rats were divided randomly into 3 groups(n = 8) :sham-operated group, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion(MIR) model group and SMI group. The myocardium was observed under light and electronic microscope. Results:Compared with MIR model group, the destruction of myocardial cells and organeltes were attenuated significantly in SMI group. Conclusion.. Shenmai injection can protect the myocardium on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
