摘要
放空火炬是石油化工生产装置中不可缺少的安全设施,因受火炬气回收技术条件的限制,放空火炬长年燃烧,不仅浪费能源,而且增加了二氧化碳的排放量,污染环境。针对温米油田火炬气的特点进行研究,解决了压缩机自动变频、回收系统自动控制、火炬总管压力控制、高空自动点火等难点问题并加以实施,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Torch system of vent gas is an essential safety facility in petrochemical unit.Restricted by the existing vent gas recovery technology,the torch vent gas in Wenmi Oilfield is burning all the time which causes resource wasting,increasing volume of carbon dioxide and environment pollution.According to the vent gas characteristics in Wemmi Oilfield,the key vent gas recovery technologies were researched and applied by using the leading technologies in China.Remarkable economic and social benefits have been yielded.
