摘要
直接合成了有机改性的介孔材料SBA-15,用XRD、元素分析法、酸碱滴定等方法对样品进行了表征.结果表明,制备的样品具备了较好的孔道结构和较高的热稳定性,并且成功地键合了一定量的质子酸中心.SBA-15-SO3H具有较高的Ag+交换率,在正辛烷和二苯并噻吩(DBT)组成的汽油模拟体系中,吸附载体用量不变的情况下,DBT的初始浓度为4000 mg/L时,测得SBA-15-SO3Ag对硫吸附量达到了12.15 mg/g.
Hybrid SBA-15 mesoporous materials with thiol and sulfonic acid groups were prepared by direct synthesis. The samples were characterized by powder x-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, acidbase titration, etc. The experimental data demonstrate that the samples exhibit well-ordered mesopores and higher thermal stability. Ag+ can be easily exchanged by SBA-15-SO3H. And the adsorption capacity reaches 12.15 mg/g for sulfide under the conditions that the usage of adsorption carrier keeps the same and the initial concentration of DBT is 4 000 mg/L in the gasoline simulation system composed of octane and DBT.
