摘要
道德哲学作为康德政治哲学的基础,从道德的视域中思考其政治哲学也就成为必然。康德道德哲学的出发点是自由,自由不仅是其哲学的核心,同时还是其政治哲学的本质特征。在康德看来政治与道德是统一的,这在其正义学说中得到的充分的体现。
As the basis of Kant＇s political philosophy, the moral philosophy is inevitable in considering the politics philosophy from morality view. Kant＇s primary moral philosophy is freedom, and the freedom not only is the core of its philosophy, but also is the essence of its political philosophy. His political and moral unity of doctrine in its justice has been the embodiment of the full.
