摘要
骨折和骨缺损是骨科临床常见病症,在传统治疗方法中存在骨折或骨缺损愈合过程缓慢、骨组织来源不足以及修复后的骨组织力学性能不佳等缺点。在骨形态发生蛋白家族被发现后,学者们对其生理学进行了许多研究,并结合各种载体系统及应用基因治疗技术将其作为新型治疗方法引入临床。本文对骨形态发生蛋白的研究进展、在临床前期及临床应用中的疗效、优势及有待解决的问题等予以综述。
Bone fractures and defects are frequent met in clinic, and the former treatments for these conditions have shortcomings such as slow healing progress,limited bone tissue resources and deficient repairing and constructing the mechanical funetion. This article reviewed the development and recent physiological researches on the bone morphogenetie proteins(BMPs) after the discovery of this family, and their introduction to clinic combining with variety of carriers and applying with gene therapy as new methods for treatment, also an understanding of the superiority and pendeney for the application of BMPs.
