地面注浆控制井壁破裂变形的理论与工程分析 被引量:3

摘要 阐述了预防与治理立井井壁破裂的地面注浆加固方法的机理,指出地面注浆可以对地层性状有明显改善,并因此对井壁附加力有减弱作用。根据在某矿井的工程治理实践,分析了井壁应变、地表变形以及注浆帷幕测试结果表明,注浆使得井壁的安全性得到明显提高。同时指出,在实践中也要根据测试结果不断调整注浆参数,以达到良好的效果。 The paper expounds the mechanism of using soil grouting to prevent and treat the rupture of shaft lining to control the auxiliary shaft-wall disruption in a mine, and indicates soil grouting can improve the character of stratum obviously. Grouting to the shaft-wall may weaken its additional force. According to the project practice of a mine, the paper analyses the result of shaft lining deformation, ground deformation and grouting curtain. The measured results indicate soil grouting enhances the security of shaft lining obviously. At the same time, to obtain favorable effect of soil grouting, technicians should adjust its parameter in grouting engineering.
