摘要
全面归纳历代医家医著关于"热证忌灸"与"热证可灸"的机理论述及临证经验,结合现代临床实际,指出"热证忌灸"理论的片面性与"热证施灸"的可行性。在此基础上系统说明热证用灸应当支持相关理论,以疏通经络为目的,合理选择灸材、操作方法而"辨热施灸"。
The article sumed up the mechanism discuss and clinical experience of avoiding moxibustion to pyretic syndrome and the giving moxibustion to pyretic syndrome in past dynasties doctor and medical text and combined the modern clinical practice and pointed out the one - sidedness of the avoiding moxibustion to pyretie syndrome and correct of the giving moxibustion to pyretic syndrome. The article explained systematically the correlated theory of giving moxibustion to pyretic syndrome which should clear out meridian and reasonable choose material of moxibustion and method of operation to distinguishing heat to giving moxibustion.
