摘要
目的:研究蒌叶茎的化学成分。方法:应用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,用理化及波谱分析方法确定化合物结构。结果:从蒌叶茎70%丙酮提取物的石油醚部分和乙酸乙酯部分分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:6β-羟基-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、豆甾醇(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、23-hydroxyursan-12-en-28-oic acid(5)、β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-6′-棕榈酸酯(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)、(2S)-4′-羟基-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖-2,3-二氢黄酮苷(8)和α-乙基葡萄糖(9)。结论:除化合物2之外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective :To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Piper betle. Methods : Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Results : Nine compounds were isolated from the petroleum ester and ethyl acetate soluble fractions of the 70% acetone extract and their structures were identified as 6β-hydroxystigraast-4-en-3-one ( 1 ),β-sitosterol ( 2 ), stigmasterol ( 3 ), oleanolic acid ( 4 ), 23-hydroxyursan-12-en-28-oic acid (5),β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside-6'-O-palmitate (6), β-daucosterol ( 7 ), (2S) -4'- hydroxy- 2,3-dihydroflavonone-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( 8 ) and α-ethyl glucoside (9). Conclusion : Among these compounds, 1,3 - 9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
