摘要
在实践科学发展观前提下,如何强化农村公路管理,创新工作机制,实行"五位一体"管养模式,服务社会主义新农村建设,促进区域经济快速可持续发展,进行了初步探讨,希望对推动农村公路管养工作有所帮助。
