直接X线数字摄影(DR)在放射检查中的防护优势 被引量:3

Protective Advantage of Digital Radiography on Radiographic Examination

摘要 目的探讨DR在放射检查中的防护优势和应用价值。方法采用我院放射检查几种常规标准的胸部摄影条件,根据曝光量的计算公式:Q=mAs,求出平均mA和平均曝光时间,计算出所有胸部放射检查的平均曝光量,以DR的X线剂量值为参照,评估它们的防护性能。根据影像质量综合评价法评价它们的影像质量及应用价值。结果一次胸部放射检查平均X线曝光量结果为:DR-2.8mAs,胸透-12.6mAs;普通胸片-48mAs,CR-32mAs,胸部CT平扫-1800mAs。DR的空间分辨力为最高,摄影间隔时间少于5s,图像如CT一样能够调节,影像细致清晰,X线曝光量最少,检测剂量平均值为0.349mGy和0.896dGy*cm2。结论DR胸片的图像质量优,成像速度快,其X线曝光量在放射检查中最少,吸收辐射剂量最少,值得推广普及。 Objective To discuss the protective advantage and applied value of digital radiography (DR) on radiographic examination. Methods Based on the formula of Q= mAs, the exposal doses of several routine standard chest radiographies were used to calculate average mA and exposal times. Referring to X - ray dOse of DR, the protective performance of several chest radiographies were evaluated according to their average exposal doses. In the light of the comprehensive score of imaging quality, the imaging quality and applied value were assessed. Results The X- ray exposal doses of each chest radiograph were as follows: DR = 2.8mAs, chest fluoroscopy = 12.6mAs, CR = 32mAs, CT = 1,800mAs. Compared with other techniques, DR's contrast resolution was the highest, the photographic interval time.was less than 5 seconds, the images was exquisite and distinct, and could be adjusted as the CT's. The X- ray dose of DR was the least, with the average dose of 0. 349mGy and 0. 896dGy * cm^2 . Conclusions DR is with excellent image quality, the fast imaging speed, the least X- ray dose and the least absorbed radiation dose. DR is worthy of popularizing.
