摘要
为探讨男性不育原因，对42例男性不育症患者的睾丸进行活检病理、免疫组化及组织化学研究，结果发现大部分病例睾丸间质及部分曲细精管内有免疫复合物IgG、IgA、IgM沉积，部分曲细精管内有PAS阳性物。认为体液免疫是导致男性不育的重要因素。
42 testis biopsy specimens from patients with in fertility were studied by histochemistry staining of PAS, PASM, Masson and immunochmistry of IgG, IgA, IgM.Immunocomplex of IgG, IgA, IgM were found deposited in the interstitium and seminiferous tubules of the testicular. PAS positive material appeared in some of the semimiferous tubules of the testicular. The result indicated that the immune response in the testis might be responsible for the male infertility.
