摘要
用不同浓度的NAA对银中杨插穗进行处理,结果表明:低浓度NAA溶液浸泡可以提高银中杨插穗生根率和成活率,但用高浓度NAA溶液蘸根是作用不显著。
Seed of Fraxinus mandshuriea were soaked in different concentrations of NAA solution. The results showed that NAA of lower concentration can increase germination percent and germination index of Fraxinus mandshurica, but the effect of high concentrations on seed germination are not apparent.
