摘要
讨论了沿海防潮警戒水位的基本意义,提出了用平均海平面、天文潮理论最高潮位值、数值计算风暴潮增水和水位调整值组合计算防潮警戒水位的新方法;提出了确定防潮警戒水位的四个步骤。在1993～1997年期间,使用这种方法对黄、渤海沿岸19个岸段的防潮警戒水位进行确定和重新核定,应用效果较好。
The paper discusses the fundamental significance of and the calculation method on the warning tide level to avert storm surges disaster. A new method has been proposed to determine the warning tide level to avert storm surges disaster . The method is composed of the mean sea level,the theoretical highest tide level,the calculated storm surge and the adjustment of water lev el value. The application results of the method are satisfactory.
