摘要
在当前社会经济的现实境遇下,将动漫产业简单地视为"艺术行为"或"经济行为"都未必妥当。全球化背景下的动漫产业发展,既受益于全球化带来的文化交融和互补,又受制于全球化文化扩张。在动漫产业领域,"话语霸权"因世界性的市场竞争而产生,同时对动漫产业"话语霸权"的警惕和反抗也由此而来。动漫产业的世界性竞争和"话语霸权"不再以明显的意识形态来演进,而是通过更为隐蔽的亚意识形态来推广。动漫产业中的亚意识形态,主要以审美方式作为其表述形式。同时,"资本-国家"通过文化政策,推动动漫产业中审美背后的亚意识形态在全球范围的扩张。对此,不能简单地排斥和取消动漫产业的国际间交融和竞争,而应合理借鉴外来文化观念、适度利用跨国文化资本、挖掘与传承本土文化,这是保证全球化语境下动漫产业既具有世界竞争性,又具有自身特色的重要策略。
It is not proper to simply regard the cartoon industry as 'art action' or 'economic action'. The development of cartoon industry under globalization is benefited by cultural communication and mutual supplement,while is limited by global cultural expansion. In the cartoon industry,'discourse hegemony' emerges with global market competition. Therefore,the opposition against such hegemony happens. Such hegemony is extended by a more concealed sub-ideology. This sub-ideology is manifested as an aesthetic way. The article considers that we should not simply refuse and cancel international communication and competition of cartoon industry. On the contrary,we should properly use foreign cultural idea as reference,make use of transnational cultural capital,explore and success local culture. It is the important strategy to make the cartoon industry competitive and keep its own characteristic.
