变风量空调系统送风温度优化及容错控制 被引量:8

Optimal and Fault Tolerant Control of Supply Air Temperature in VAV Systems

摘要 针对变风量空调(VAV)系统提出了基于湿度控制的送风温度优化及容错控制方法.该方法可以满足ASHRAE标准62-2001对室内空气品质和湿度的新要求,并提出了主成分分析、联合角度分析和故障补偿法则,该法则可以分别用于空调系统故障的检测、诊断和重构,从而实现对变风量空调系统的容错,保证系统优化目标的实现.在变风量空调系统的仿真器上进行了基于湿度控制的送风温度优化以及多种故障下的检测和诊断试验. Supply air temperature optimal and the corresponding fault tolerant control methods for VAV systems were presented. This method can satisfy the higher demand of indoor air quality and humidity strictly required in ASHRAE Standard 62-2001. Moreover, the principal component analysis, joint angle analysis and compensatory reconstruction methods were used to detect, identify and reconstruct the fault respectively so as to achieve the target of fault tolerant and optimal control of the VAV systems. The proposed methods were tested and evaluated in the VAV simulator.
