摘要
修复并填补中国文化在实现从传统向现代转型的过程中出现的价值断裂与规范真空,是改革开放以来我国伦理学研究的大背景。从价值取向和学科建设的角度看,改革开放以来我国的伦理学研究取得了四个重要的进展:权利与正义主题的突显;从个人美德伦理视角向制度伦理视角的转换;对阶级道德视角的超越;应用伦理学研究的兴起。我国的伦理学研究要想在近期内取得重大突破,就必须直面市场经济和民主政治的伦理瓶颈,理性地借鉴和吸收古今中外的伦理资源,同时兼顾责任伦理和信念伦理,参与全球伦理的对话。
To fix and fill the value splits and norm vacuum resulted from transformation of Chinese culture from tradition to modernization constitutes the background of Chinese ethics study since 1978. In terms of value orientation and discipline construction,Chinese ethics study has four progresses since 1978:the theme of rights and justice,the transformation from individual virtue ethical view to institutional ethical view,the transcendence of class morality view,and the flourishing of applied ethics studying. In order to make a breakthrough,Chinese ethics study must directly deal with the ethical issues concerning with market economy and democratic politics; reasonably assimilate all kinds of ethical resources including ancient,modern,Chinese and foreign ethical resources; concern ethics of faith as well as ethics of responsibility; and involve in the dialogue about global ethic.
